Not Your Average Mixer
Sistah Soul Brunch & Mixer (SSBM) is an annual in-person event aimed towards Black Women Professionals to create an opportunity for networking and engagement while providing a space that uplifts women through shared cultural experiences. Over the past two years, SSBM has successfully provided networking and business opportunities to over 180 women-led business owners, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals in the Sacramento Region, Central Valley, and Bay Area.
This year’s theme is "The Power of Collaboration & Networking," emphasizes the importance of building strong support systems and partnerships.
While this event centers on Black women, we warmly welcome allies and supporters of all genders who are committed to fostering collaboration, growth, and empowerment.

Founder of Mariworks Productions, a multimedia arts and education organization, her mission is to boost self-awareness and restorative practices with an emphasis on mental health and emotional hygiene. Through the scope of public health, safety and crisis prevention, her impact on social wellness ushers in motivation and guidance essential for global change.
